Roy Law has served DTS as Corporate Vice President and Managing Director of Greater China since August, 2009. Prior to joining DTS, Roy has been serving the wireless telecom industry for 16 years with a successful working history in Motorola, Nortel, Qualcomm, Lucent and Huawei USA. Since 2005, Roy served in Huawei, the No. 1 China mainland telecom OEM, as Vice President and General Manager of Terminal Device North American region.He built and led the team to make historic sales breaking into USA tier one carriers. Prior to that, Roy had a short employment with Qualcomm QIS team and was responsible for Brew Distribution System project management. From 1999 to 2004, he served Motorola GTSS and the Mobile Device team in the Chicago area, with one of his key roles being Handset Front End Planning and Product Managing for the Asia Pacific region. From 1998 to 1999, he served as customer technical support for Lucent Greater China market in 5ESS product team as a contractor in Chicago. From 1997 to 1998, he served Nortel International in Beijing office as Technical Sales Manager of GSM equipment. From 1993 to 1997, he started his career with Motorola China Electronics Ltd in Engineering and Project Management position. Roy has gained Bachelor degrees of Electronics Engineering and Business Administration from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China and Master degree of Computer Science from DePaul University in Chicago, USA.
