DTS "Win an LG Optimus Smartphone " Prize Draw

Full Terms and Conditions:

  1. This prize draw (the "Promotion") is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except the employees and agents of DTS Inc. (the "Promoter"), their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
  2. No purchase is necessary. To enter visit www.dts.com/t3 or scan the QR code below. This will redirect you to our Facebook page – you will need to click on the Promotions tab and enter your name and email address in the official entry form. One entry per person.
  1. Entries from agents, third parties and organised groups, entries automatically generated by computer, incomplete or corrupted entries, and entries that are not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted.
  1. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries lost or delayed as a result of a network, computer hardware, or software failure of any kind including but not limited to traffic congestion or internet inaccessibility. The Promoter does not warrant that this site, the DTS promotions page and other elements herein will be uninterrupted or error free. Proof of sending an entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  2. The Closing Date for receipt of entries is 23.59 (GMT) 31 January 2012. The Promotion starts on at 00:01 (GMT) 7 November 2011.
  3. The prize is a SIM-free LG Optimus 3D P920 Smartphone with a retail value of at least £300 (the "Prize"). The first entry drawn at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date will win the Prize. The winner will be selected by a computer process which produces random results.
  4. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of the Prize not being available in unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
  5. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the Closing Date by email or telephone and must confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days by the method specified in the notice. If the Prize remains unclaimed after 14 days or is declined, the Promoter reserves the right to choose a substitute winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner to participate in the Promotion before delivery of the Prize.
  7. The winner should allow 30 days from the date he or she claims the Prize for delivery of the Prize.
  8. The winner may be required to take part in publicity arising from and in connection with the Promotion, including but not limited to publication and use of their name and/or image to announce the winner of the Promotion on our website.
  9. The name of the winner and the county where he or she resides can be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope before 31 December 2011 to DTS Marketing Department, Unit 2 Saba Park, 16 Balloo Avenue, Bangor, County Down BT19 7QT.
  10. All decisions of the Promoter in respect of the Promotion will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and agree to the personal data you supply being used by the Promoter and/or its affiliates for the purpose of executing this Promotion. None of the personal data provided for this Promotion is being collected by Facebook Inc. or its affiliates.
  12. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales.
  14. For the avoidance of doubt, Facebook Inc. and their affiliated companies have no responsibility for the organisation and administration of the Promotion and other matters incidental to the running of the Promotion including without limitation data protection. This Promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook Inc or its affiliates. All queries in relation to this Promotion should be directed to the Promoter at the address given below.
  15. By entering this Promotion, you hereby release and forever discharge, all and/or any actions, claims, rights, demands and set-offs, whether in this jurisdiction or any other, whether or not presently known to you or to the law, and whether in law or equity, that you may have against Facebook Inc. and its affiliates arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
