PAYMENT METHODS:

Be aware that ordering through the online store requires a valid credit card and you will be redirected through Google Checkout. The resulting transaction will show up on your credit card bill as "GOOGLE *DTS INC GOOGLE.COM/CH CA". If this is not sufficient for your company's reimbursement guidelines, we suggest you purchase your desired products through a local DTS dealer.


DTS® PRO AUDIO SOFTWARE RETURN POLICIES


DOWNLOADABLE VERSION

All sales are final. A customer must already own an iLok USB key dongle to be able to download a DTS digital product license. If there is an issue with downloading the product, please contact storesupport@dts.com.


BOXED VERSION 

Boxed versions of DTS-HD Master Audio Suite™ and DTS Surround Audio Suite™ may be returned for full refund or replacement within fifteen (15) calendar days of purchase provided the seal on the inner box is intact and unbroken. If the seal on the inner box is broken no refund will be given for this product. DTS is not responsible for system/software incompatibility, and system/software incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective. All requests for refunds must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs relating to the return of product to DTS Inc.


SHIPPING 

Subject to availability, all boxed orders are shipped within two business days upon receipt of order.

We ship all items worldwide from our warehouse in Calabasas, CA.


We offer UPS Ground for all domestic orders and UPS International for all orders outside of the US.


HANDLING

There is no handling added to your order.


SALES TAX

Only shipments within the state of California or Washington are subject to current state and local sales tax rates. Sales tax will not be charged for shipments outside of California or Washington.
